Hey peeps!
One day into this experiment. Been stuck inside most of the day, the weather has been too cold, even inside my home. Slow start by eating a bit lighter than usually. It's about 6:25, I've finished dinner, and I wont eat any more until morning.
I've looked into some exercises I can do inside. I've cleared the floor of my room, and have some light weights for cardio workouts. With IO on my Television I can access some workouts (most of them are directed toward women, but I'm not complaining) and I can stream them directly into my room! Isn't technology amazing? The only thing holding me back is the thrilling Law and Order SVU reruns on USA all day. No excuses anymore.

He would suck it up. He can take the blows and move forward, as strong as ever. Nothing ever stops him.
Bret suffered a stroke in 2002, paralyzing the left side of his body. I'm positive that a marathon of TV reruns never pulled him away from any sort of work he knew he needed to do to gain his health back.
He provides me more inspiration than he will probably ever know.
